Hi everybody! Hope you guys are having a great Thursday! I am sharing a new e-book that I have started reading recently that I think you will all love! It s titled "Green Smoothies: The Weight Loss&Detox Secret" by Jonathan Vine. The information recipe book was published on August 12, 2014 so it is pretty "new". I really do enjoy this book and the tips they have too! Let's get started!

My Review
I personally love this book for a couple of different reasons. First off the kindle version is very affordable! Less than $4 for the e-version vs. $20 for the paper copy. With technology nowadays, having the book in front of you is still very helpful but this e-book definitely is a bit more portable. Secondly I also love the great recipes included. They include a wide variety of different fresh produce such as spinach, kale, apples, grapes, celery, cucumber, fig and even chocolate fudge! With this e-book you are getting over 50 different, unique recipes! Lastly I love this book because of the fun tips and the information included in the front of the book. The book layout goes as follows, about 8 chapters of informational text and then the 50+ recipes.
Prior to reading I already knew that green smoothies are very trendy and are super nutritious but didn't really know much more. Now I know the benefits of various different fruits and vegetables, from lowering certain risks/chance of disease to anti-iinflammatoryto vitamin benefits. Overall this book is definitely a great one for beginners and even advanced green juicers! I would recommend this book over others, there are a ton of recipes that can cater to every taste and preference. The versatility of the product really is wonderful, great for kids and adults alike! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has been eager to try out green smoothies or even if you want to learn a bit more about the product, this one is the way to go!
Cheers to great health and yummy green smoothies!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I'm not a fan of Ebooks, I prefer the real thing. Great for those who like this though.
ReplyDeleteThats a really good price for an e-book. I don't really drink smoothies and haven't picked up on that trend, but will keep in mind for friends!

ReplyDeleteThis is a REALLY cool book. I know a lot of people that start their days off with green smoothies, but I've never tried them before. I'm glad there's a book out there that lets me know more than just "they're good for you".
