Product Review: Brain Fitness Knot So Fast

Hi everyone! Today I have a fun, great brain game that is actually pretty simple but it is challenging at the same time. I really enjoyed this project and it actually is a great way to spend time if you have nothing to do. It's the Brain Fitness Knot So Fast game! What can you do with a rope and circle ring? Let's find out, shall we?

(How it looks when product arrives, of course yours will not be a store sample version.)

What is included?
This kit is very simple, it comes with an instruction/guide book of over 40 challenges, a blue rope and a metal circular ring/hoop. I really enjoy how the challenge guide book has a picture to demonstrate what you have to create and a fun fact as well about the loop, the name or anything at all.
How Do You Play?
1. First open the book to a page you are interested in creating, they go by difficulty and whether or not you want to incorporate the metal ring.
2. Choose one of the images and get your materials ready (either the ring and rope or just rope only).
3. Try your best to imitate that image, it may be difficult at first but it is actually pretty cool to see the image. It's almost like rope typing and is great for kids as well!
4. Try it again, take on a more difficult image or something that looks similar, this is a great past time activity!

My Review
I really enjoy this product because it is great for travel (nice sturdy relatively small cardboard box), very simple in terms of instructions and you it's pretty hard to lose (3 components only). When I first tried it out, I actually found it a bit difficult, even the easy ones but the designs are so pretty! I have no experience with brain games or rope tying but I definitely had a really fun time playing around with this product. I am very proud of the little creations I have and I can see this as a great way for getting kids to think!

I would suggest this to ages 6 (depends on the child) and up. It is a great way for the family to come together, strategize and use your brain in a way you wouldn't really be thinking normally. It's called brain fitness for a reason, you may get frustrated and disappointed but the day or moment you figure it out, you will feel so proud of yourself. I give this two thumbs up and I think it would be a great stocking stuffer or present for any age this holiday season! I can see a 10 year old absolutely loving this as well as a 24 year old, this gift just keeps on giving! Overall I would highly recommend it. Stay tuned for some of my creations!

This one is called the "Clove Hitch" part of the beginner difficulty level, my brother (just turned 13) really enjoyed this one and figured it out in about 5-10 minutes. This is one of the simpler ones that require use of the metal ring and the rope.
This one is called the "Single Strand Splat" part of the expert difficulty level, I know I didn't do it 100% correct but I just thought the picture was too pretty to share! How pretty is this!

This one is called the "Overhand Loop" also part of the beginner difficultly level. I did this one and I can say that even though it looks really simple, it isn't. It has a nice little twist to it that makes it unique from a simple twist through knot.

Hope you all enjoyed this review and found it helpful!

  3. I could probably spend hours playing with it! I love brain games, and had a box one where you had to take it apart to get to the rock inside and then put it back together.

    This one looks like fun!
