My Review
Doesn't it look fun? I absolutely am in love with this game. There are basic rules but you can really switch it up how you like, almost like 'house rules', it's up to you! For me, I love playing with these in the house [as you can see, that's my carpet in the demo photos] as well as in the park. Grassy areas, concrete and everything in between, you can play 'Murbles'! I have younger cousins (age 1-5) that really enjoy how large these are as well, the sound that they make when two are 'smacked' together reminds me much of bowling balls. I wouldn't say that these are heavy but there is definitely some weight to it. If you have little ones, I'd definitely be watching over them since if it falls on their foot or if they accidentally throw it at someone, it can really hurt. They did really enjoy playing the game though. They may not completely understand the concept but throwing balls is fun to them.
The fun colors of the balls do make up for this set though. I got mine in 'hot pink' and 'light green' with a pink bag. My set is the $50 set, with 2 players, there are so many larger sets that can accommodate retreats, big family outings, school events and so much more. With 20 different colors, you are definitely going to have some fun personalizing this. It would be awesome getting them to match your school's colors as well.
Overall I am quite impressed with this product. With a game being so simple, how could you not have fun with it? These kinds of games really do accommodate everyone. Easy to play and lots of fun! You basically just have to throw a ball [underhand is preferred] and try to get it close to a point, much like golf or darts or bowling. I've played this so many times already and I can say that I'm definitely getting better. If I'm playing with a space that has a lot of room, I can throw it but if not, rolling it is fine with me too. It's a winner from me and the kids! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

  1. Sounds like a really fun game and something that my family and I would play at gatherings. It reminds me a lot of Bocce Ball and we love that game!
