My Review
I am all about toning my tummy and getting a slim waist so I was so excited to try this product out. My waist is pretty average I would say, probably around 26" or so. The product looked pretty good, not too thick or too thin and the material was relatively soft to the touch. When I first tried to take off the velcro boy it was so hard. That stuff really won't ever come undone "unexpectedly", it will really hold on tight! Personally for me, I'm not wearing this for more than an hour or so a day (only worn during workout) so I didn't find the velcro to me as great for me. Though if you are wearing this more frequently, the strong velcro could be a plus to you since it is very sturdy and strong.
As you can see from my photos it actually looks kind of bulky but it actually isn't. I was still able to bend over, bend sideways without discomfort. It is flexible but it still provides ample support if you need it. I also think this product is more designed for taller people though on me it was still okay. I'm 5'4" and it pretty much covered every part of my stomach area and was pretty much touching my bra. I don't think of myself as having a short torso so that doesn't make sense so I conclude that its meant for people 5'5" and taller. I also felt that this waist trimmer made me seem bigger than I am and when you're trying to be smaller, that wasn't the best feeling. I guess it is a reminder to keep working harder as well.
Overall I would still say this product is decent. I like it for the support and with frequent use, the water weight will subside. It's almost like constant pressure (don't make it too tight, only what you can handle) on your stomach area. I'm not a big fan of the velcro strap but others may end up loving it. Another point I'd like to make is that it does attract lint so you do have to be wary of that as well. Not a huge problem but something to make note of. What do you guys think about this? Have you ever tried anything like this before?

This is very interesting product. I have heard of similar products, but I have never tried one.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a good product. I can use this when I walk/jog. I always feel bloated; maybe this will help.
ReplyDeleteI get that sometimes, too! I hate that feeling.
DeleteI have heard a lot of buzz about this product lately and have been wondering if it really worked or not. I would like to try it out for myself.
ReplyDeleteI've wondered how comfortable these would be. I'm glad to know you weren't comfortable, but I think I would be like you and just wear it for a work out!
ReplyDeleteI have never tried anything like this before. It looks like it works pretty good! I really think it would be a good idea to have on whenever you're walking the house. For those who don't like to workout.
ReplyDeleteI need a waist trimmer! This is in my price range, too!
ReplyDeleteThis looks interesting. The one I have doesn't feel like it's tall enough, and flops my love handles out the bottom. My waist is larger than 26". Lol 😆
ReplyDeleteI've heard a lot about this trend. I don't think it's right for me, but I love knowing that the support is good. After baby 3, I know I will need something with good support!
ReplyDeleteI think this is a cool concept but don't think that I would wear one. It kinda reminds me of a girdle. I think it might be helpful for moms who just had a baby though who want to tone up but still need support.
ReplyDeleteHehehe I have this same exact one!!!! Love it, just wish it was a tad bit smaller for me since I'm small... Fits my hubby perfectly though and he steals it from me all the time!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter wears something like this for her posture and she says it really does make a difference. I'll have to try it!
ReplyDeleteI'm seeing a lot of great reviews for this waist trimmer. I would like to try and see if it works for me.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great product to try. I have a similar one like this, and it was horrible. I can't stand the smell and wasn't able to try it on.
