Product Review: Glam Essentials Hello Cutie Mud Mask

Hi everyone! How are you all doing this lovely evening? Today I have for you all a fun beauty treat! I really love face masks, of any kind really; mud masks, sheet masks, overnight masks you name it! I have also tried so many different brands before ranging from drugstore products to Lush Cosmetics to Boscia, Origins, Glam Glow (all from Sephora) and more. Today I have for you the Glam Essentials Hello Cutie Mud Mask! I was so excited for this one because of its claims and that with my combo skin it would work out great with! Let's get started!

About The Product:

(From the product website and the product itself.)
-Product contains 2.1 oz and its dimensions are 2in by 2in by 2in.

-Great for sensitive skin as well as for acne prone skin.

-Cleans, exfoliates, decongests pores while keeping your skin feel refreshed.

-It is a refreshing aromatic tingling sensation that does not burn or dry your skin out.

-Product improves your skin texture, creates smaller pores, makes skin feel more youthful as well as cleansing your skin of blackheads and acne.

My Review
I think that this is such a great alternative to Glam Glow. Yes it doesn't have the chunks like Glam Glow (YouthMud-The Black One) has but its pretty similar as well as the Origins Charcoal Mask It's that mud consistency and if you've never had this type of product before, it goes on wet and you can tell when it dries, it usually changes color and gets tighter on your skin (drying effect). This mask is supposed to be your "all in one" type of miracle mask that can transform skin for the better. I am quite impressed after using this just one time. I can say that I am impressed with this one. I had some acne and this product cleared it up pretty well. The color this is also a charcoal gray applied, as you can see photos below of that. When it dries, it becomes almost like an ash-gray and paler in color.

Another point is that I do have combo/semi-sensitive skin and I use this about 1-2x a week and I have had no problems. I don't like using products that are "deep cleansing" or "exfoliating" too much because it tends to try my face out so the 1-2x a week is great for me. If you used an acne cleanser prior to using the mask, you may feel a slight "stinging" for about a minute but that should subside pretty soon. Overall I think this is a nice dupe for Glam Glow Youth Mud Mask at less than half the price for about the same amount of product. The only real difference I can tell is that this one doesn't have chunks in there and it isn't quite as tingly for the entire duration (although it does tingle for about 5 minutes or so) but I don't mind, it bears very similar results. I would recommend it to others if you're looking for a great dupe!

I love applying it with a foundation brush. It makes the application process so much easier!

It applies fairly thin, this is with about 2-3 coats.

You can tell the difference in color also that my more oily areas you can see the little dirty pores sucked up!
