Product Review: Angel Craft Podge With Brush Cap

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday! How are you all doing my lovelies? Today I have a fun one for you all, its the Angel Craft Podge With Brush Cap. All my crafters and art-lovers out there, this is one for you! I basically treat it as my liquid glue but so much better than that (and easier too). It does come with a brush so its much like painting on your glue! There are so many different ways you could use this, what would you create? Anything from kids' art projects to scrapbooking to even DIY projects. The opportunities are endless! Let's get started!

My Review
Do you guys know what this is? I have actually never used anything quite like it before but after a bit of research, its actually quite popular. I used to be a big scrapbooker and yes glue and sticking stuff together is a key component of that. I wish I knew about this product back then! It would of saved me so much time with other glue/seal products that just didn't work or didn't really glue for an extended period of time. Basically this is like your liquid glue. It is quite liquidity and actually reminds me much of water. To me, the description says that it is low-odor but I find it similar to a nail polish or paint scent. It isn't the most pleasant but I wouldn't want to be smelling it constantly. The brush is definitely very handy as well. It allows me to get into the little cracks that typically glue would have problems with. I do say that this is great for a big craft project or even something small.

Have you guys ever put standard school glue on your hands and waited till it dried just to peel it off? Well you can do it with this product too! I wanted to see if it was really sticky and what the texture really was. Yes you can see my fingers with the glue (don't get scared!) and how similar it looks like in relation to the school glue we all know. I was really surprised at how fast it could dry, yes rubbing your fingers makes it dry even faster but wow, so much faster than other craft/scrapbooking glues I've tried before! That was a huge plus for me.
Overall I've got to say that I'm quite impressed. I love doing crafts and little projects here and there so this product is absolutely perfect for me! I love the ease of having this on my desk and being able to glue something right away! The brush is great and the smell doesn't bother me too much though everyone is different. I can see this being great for so many different crafts, just do a bit of research and you're sure to find your favorite DIY project! You can see some of my projects that I've done, I glued some fabric/material inside a basket as well as made a bow (yes I'm a dancer/cheerleader/majorette, I love that stuff!) Overall I really love and would definitely recommend it to others. What would you create?

  10. I'm not sure what I would use this for. Probably art projects with the kids or maybe putting together posters for my daycare walls. I usually use rubber cement but this would probably work better.

I remember drawing a picture w markers on white paper and then covering the picture w school glue. Water scenes would almost look like an underwater scene once the glue had dried. It was pretty cool.
