My Review
Oh yum! Isn't this delish? Personally I am not a huge fan of balsamic vinegar as I mentioned earlier but after trying this I am slowly converting. This stuff isn't cheap quality, it's thick, truly authentic and packs a great flavor. I just tried it with my homegrown tomatoes and they were great. I could imagine it being great with some tomatoes+fresh mozzarella as well. It could really be great for so many different dishes and appetizers. Anything from chicken to veggies to even salads (pasta, regular greens and more).
Overall I have to say that I'm quite impressed and what I love most is that you really don't need to use a lot at all. It's so concentrated and not thin that a little bit goes a long way. No need to waste this product as it should last you a long time. I've never had something so wonderful as this balsamic vinegar before but I am truly a fan of it. Hope you enjoyed this review. See you all next time!!
