Product Review: Secret Bright Intimate Skin Brightener

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! How is everybody today? I have for you another great product review! It's for the Secret Bright Intimate Skin Brightener. Are you guys thinking what I first thought when I encountered this product? Yeah probably...strange but what?? Yeah I did think that too but basically this is a skin brightener/bleacher I would consider it. Just because it says it is for "intimate" areas doesn't mean that you do have to use it for that area, I think of it as a product that is great for sensitive skin since intimate areas are usually more sensitive. For me, I haev been using them on my freckles/ dark spots, acne scars and on my underarms. We'll get into the uses later on in the post. Let's get started!
About The Product
(From the product website and the product itself.)
-Product contains 2 oz/59 mL of product and has a open cap applicator.

-This product is a fast, pain-free brightener of a hydroquinone-free formula that is safe to use that will not cause any redness or cause irritations.
-The product absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue behind.
-The use of the product is endless but some of the main uses are for brightening freckles or dark spots, age spots, scars/other blemishes and is also safe to use on underarms, nipples and other intimate areas.

My Review
To start off, I found this product pretty interesting and that was my main reason for trying it out. For me, I have some dark spots/acne scars on my face and just wanted to see if this product would make any difference to my skin or the darkness of it. Personally since this is a "fast acting" product, I didn't really see that. You can see the applicator was a bit difficult to work with, it would probably work better if it was in a pump bottle but that is just my personal preference. The consistency of the product is a bit on the liquidity side.

Next I also wanted to try it out on my armpits, I mean they aren't as dark as I've seen but for the heck of it, I wanted to try it out. For a "intimate" skin product I would say it is pretty great for sensitive skin. Personally I've been using this product once a day (applied after a shower) before moisturizer for about 2-3 weeks and can't say that I have seen a huge dramatic difference to my skin. Yes I mean it is a bit lighter but I'm not sure it is such a dramatic difference for others to notice.

I would say that with long term use it would probably yield more dramatic results. Also I used this on my direct skin not so much used as a hair lightener so make sure you know what you want when you look up products like this. It isn't really a hair bleacher so don't think of it like that. For right now I would say that I will keep using it to see if I see any dramatic results. I would recommend it but only if you don't have huge dramatic "imperfections" that you want to "erase". I would say use this on the smaller items and if you have sensitive skin and are worried about itching or burning, this product doesn't do it at all so it is pretty good.

  1. I don't mind talking about an intimate area. I had a breast cancer scare last October, scared me crazy but anyway... My nipple was left with a very dark color and my breast very enlarged on one side. I think I may try it because nothing else I have found says it is for intimate areas and I do not want to burn or breakout there.
