Product Review: Rear View Monitor Mirror

Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend. Cheers to the new week! I have a interesting product to share with you all today, its actually pretty simple but I have never really used one of these before, its the Rear View Monitor Mirror. It is basically a mirror that allows you to see behind you, similar to the ones now in cars. Let's get started!

About The Product
(From the product website and from the product itself.)
-Product size is about 4.5 inches by 3 inches by 2 inches.

-Eye/Oval shaped rear view mirror.
-Compact and functional.
-Portable, travel friendly and non-obstructing.
-Universal design that can fit pretty much anywhere.
-Rubber attachment.

My Review
Like I mentioned earlier I have never tried out one of these products before, it was quite interesting actually. I enjoy the shape of the product (oval) and the range I got when I viewed into it. There are many different uses for this product, for your computer screen, TV screen, any screen really or it could even be for your car if you'd like. When the product arrives, it comes in simple packaging and once opened you can see this simple yet interesting gadget. I have no complaints about this product, I like keeping mine on top of my computer screen to see if anyone is coming behind me. Yes I do get scared easily, especially if I'm really into my computer work and someone "magically" pops up. Haha yes, that is one of the uses of this product.

My car already has a rear view mirror in the front of the car so I have not tested this product with it. I think it would work out since the rubber attachment is fairly strong and can grip well. The mirror does not get dirty at all, well for me anyways but if you wiped this down with a tissue or a wet wipe, it would clean very easily. Overall I would recommend this product, it works well, you'll never be frightened from people sneaking from behind you again and you'll always be aware of your surroundings.

  1. where exactly is this mirror supposed to go? i know that a lot of moms with kids use an additional mirror and put it in so they can monitor their kids.. but i've never seen anything like this used outside of that.

  2. I dont have a car but I know quite a few mom's and dad's who do, so I know they would be interested in something like this. It sounds interesting for sure. I am going to check it out I think it would be a great gift too!

  3. Interesting product--I have a mirror in my car that allows me to see my daughter in the back seat, and I love it. I'm not sure that I need to have a mirror on the side of my monitor or TV, though, as it seems just as easy to turn around when I hear someone coming. I feel like having a mirror on the side of my laptop would be distracting, too! Did you find yourself using the mirror when it was on your computer?

  4. This would be awesome for anyone that has people that like to sneak up behind them to be nosey or try to be funny. I would probably use this if I am out in the field working or somewhere public. Might have to get this off of Amazon. Thanks for the review!

  5. Hmmmm, this is quite an interesting product, I'm still a bit confused (as other commentators are) about where it would go, but the whole keep people from sneaking up on you thing I get! Did you happen to purchase this product? If so where exactly do you use yours?! Thanks for the review :)

  6. This is an interesting product. This would be awesome for work environments as you never know who is coming behind you are you are heavily into your work without a warning (or if you are on Facebook lol). This is a creative concept thanks for the review.

  7. I don't know where I'd use this product apart from the car. It'd be handy to be able to look back at my son, especially on long car journeys. I know my best friend has something similar to this in her car. Thanks for sharing.

  8. I am not sure what I would do with this. This is an interesting idea though. I Can just imagine putting it near my computer so my son can't sneak up on me! LOL

  9. Aside from a car, I'm not sure where I would put this, except to watch the kids while being on the computer, because it's in the corner of the room. However, I like the concept of this. If I had a car, I would totally put it on there.
