Product Review: ShivaFit Stretch Strap

Good morning everyone! Happy Saturday!! It's finally the weekend. How are you guys doing this lovely morning? Today I have another review for you all. It's the ShivaFit Stretch Strap. If you're a dancer, cheerleader, yogi, gymnast, acrobat or someone who just wants to work on their flexibility, you will definitely want to get one of these. This one is quite unique actually in it's design. Let's get started!

About The Product
(From the product website and the product itself.)
-Product is 6 feet long and can easily be rolled up for on the go use.
-The durable woven strap with convenient loops helps you to improve your flexibility and circulation while preventing injuries.
-Target individual muscles that are typically difficult to target such as shoulders, arms, back and legs. Great for isolation and really getting a good stretch.
-Great for warm ups and cool downs. Stretching before and after a workout is vital for injury prevention. It helps your body improve its circulation.
-Product is versatile for any situation, weight lifting, ballet, yoga, casual stretching, any sports or even physical therapy.

My Review
Have you guys ever used anything quite like this before? I've used similar stretch straps but mine just had one loop and the 'rope', basically it looked almost like a dog leash. With this product you have so many different loops all over the place which I feel is great for beginner, intermediate and advanced users which is pretty awesome. I was a bit confused at first but then realized you could pretty much use any loop you'd like. For these straps I really on stretch my legs but after reading a bit more into it, you can do so much more! Stretching your arms and shoulders is so vital and this product does it so well.
Overall I would definitely recommend this to others. I love trying to get into a heel stretch with this or a scorpion and stretching out. It may seem like you lose balance right away but with the strap, it really does help carry some of the weight. Though if you are using this for the first time, I'd suggest a spotter or a chair/wall to help catch you just in case. Hope you found this review helpful, till next time!
