Product Review: Foxbrim Total Hair Repair Oil

Hi everyone! Happy Thursday again! I just wanted to share with you this wonderful product that I've been testing out for a few weeks now! It's the Foxbrim Total Hair Repair Oil! It is great for extra moisture for the hair as well as for adding shine and a bit of volume as well! Let's get started!

About the Product

(From the product website page and from the product itself.)
-Product size is 4 oz.
-Brings back life to limp, dry, unmanageable hair.
-Gives your hair the "healthy, luminous, silky shine" by strengthening while hydrating as well as created lively locks that look healthy as they truly are!
-Great for all hair types and can definitely control your hair during any season.
-Uses 4 main plant oils, Jojoba Oil (strengthens hair fibers), Organic Argan Oil (Creates a tight seal for your hair cuticles), Sunflower Oil (Prevents thinning hair and creates volume) and Grapeseed Oil (Proves nourishment as well as the ability to seal in moisture).
- Can be used to any extent you wish but a little amount does go a long way.

My Review
I have a love and hate relationship with hair oils. I love them because they make my hair more manageable, shiny and healthy looking but at the same time sometimes hair oils can make my hair look more weighed down and flat (I have straight hair). Surprisingly this hair oil moisturized my hair well and made it a bit more voluminous! I use it right after I wash my hair (every 2 days) and my hair looked so healthy, shiny, voluminous and exactly like the product explained. It is great for that but on day 2 (the day I wash my hair), my hair got pretty oily and a bit weighed down which was to be expected.

On the other hand, if you wash your hair then put a bit of this on, your hair will look amazing! I tested this out again by using even less product ( I usually did 2-3 squirts on my hand then rubbed through my hair) and it worked even better. I guess your best bet is to test it out with your own hair texture and type.

The product also has no scent which is a plus ( I don't particularly love the scent of plant oils). The applicator is also a spray type of product which would be great if my hair was more course or even thicker but I find that 1 spray in my hand works even better and allows my hair to get the "lightweight" coverage that it needs. I would recommend this product if you're looking for something that is mostly "natural", has no scent at all and need a healthy, shine to the hair.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

  1. I have never heard of that for hair. I have to try it out and love that it doesn't have a scent to it.

  3. I love this oil and use it on the tips of my hair. I don't like using oils on the top of my head since it does weigh your hair down. I also have a love hate relationship with hair oils haha!

  4. Awesome that it doesn't have a scent. I am always flat ironing my hair, so I could probably use this.

  6. I've never heard of hair oils. I once saw a hair mask but then couldn't find it in the shops again.

  7. It's nice that the product really works. I am not comfortable with oil in my head because it makes my skin extra oily. It looks like this doesn't give you that problems.

  8. I'm not much of an oil-in-my-hair person because it can make my kind of hair look greasy. I am open to using hair oil as a nightly treatment to increase the overall health of my hair.

  9. I haven't heard of this. Interesting, I am looking for something to thicken my hair. It is dreadfully thin!

  10. I like that you included tips on how to make it more manageable of a product. I also like that you were honest that the original way that you tried it didn't quite work for you.

  15. Never heard of this brand before but hair products that can moisturize and make my hair oily is perfect for me since my hair is like a black hole nothing stays all gets eaten up and drys so fast
