Product Review: Gaffer Power Tape

Hi everyone! Today I will be reviewing the Gaffer Power Tape. It is multi-purposeful, heavy duty yet flexible and overall a necessity in every household! Let's get started!

About The Product:

(From the product website and the product itself.)
-Product size is 2 inches by 30 yards and weighs about 14.1 ounces.
(there is also a 60 yard option available as well as other colors besides black.)
-Tough, powerful and can secure cables tightly.
-Holds down wires to podiums and stages.
-Removes quickly and cleanly.
-Leaves no sticky or gummy residue.
-Made with high quality synthetic rubber.
-Can also be easily ripped by hand, no cutting tools necessary.

My Review

From my first impression I never heard of this type of tape before. I was aware of electrical tape, that super sticky heavy duty thin type of black tape but not gaffer tape. I am so glad that I found it! I have a few broken wires and phone charger cables that have broken down and opened up with use over time. I used this tape to fix them up and they are good as new! I love how strong this tape is and how it can easily be torn and used on the spot. Although my ripping isn't precise it's nice to know that I don't need any cutting tool to use this product.
The color I got to use was black but it also comes in other colors (white) as well as other sizes like the 60 yard (twice as large as mine). The price of this tape may seem a bit pricey but it is definitely worth it! I love how nice the quality is and how much you're getting. This would probably last me a good couple of years.
Overall I would recommend this product. It is incredibly heavy duty yet flexible. I love the strong grip that it has and how this tape can used on practically anything. It is incredibly strong and the adhesive really grips onto most surfaces. The best part is not having any sticky residue left behind! This product is simply magic! What a wonderful tape to have, a must have in every household!
