Product Review: Xtava Hair Dryers (Blue Remini 1500W, Pink Anemone 1875W and Charcoal Gray Allure Ionic 2200W)

Hi everyone! Happy Sunday! Guess what time it is? It's combined product review time! I really love doing combined product reviews because it really cross-compares products and it also showcases other products in the company's product range. Xtava is known for its hair tools and they do them well! I enjoy every single one of them, maybe some more than others. Today I will be reviewing the Xtava Blue Remini Tourmaline Ionic 1500W, the Blue Remini Tourmaline Iconic 1500W and the Charcoal Gray Allure Ionic 2200W. They are very similar in terms of features but they vary on the strength (the wattage) and slightly with the shape of the hair dryer. Let's get started!

My Review
Yay its review time! Now that I've given you all the details and info on the hair dryer now its time to let you all know what I think about it. First off, Xtava hair dryers are such great quality! Also, I actually tried it out in the order of the descriptions, first the Xtava Remini then the Xtava Anemone and lastly the Xtava Allure. Upon first impression of them all, they definitely looked like high quality. They come in a nice sleek black box that looks quite high end. Okay so let's get to the real reviewing part! I'll start it off in order.

The Xtava Blue Remini Tourmaline Ionic 1500W is a great basic hair dryer. My old hair dryer (Revlon brand) was in the 1200W range so I was impressed by the strength of this one. It is a great standard hair dryer, the speed is great and the heat/strength/power was also great. Nothing much to say about this one but that after using it for a week or so (I wash my hair about 3 times a week), my hair definitely looked more healthy and dried so much quicker.

The Xtava Pink Anemone Wind Flower Ionic 1875W hair dryer is so beautiful! It has a very nice pink flower design on the back which definitely caught my attention. It is also available in a blue color if pink isn't your forte. What makes this hair dryer different is that it is quite compact and great for on the go and traveling. It would be perfect for a gym locker, at work, road trips etc. What I found from this hair dryer is that it really make my hair softer in appearance and to the touch. It almost reminded me of cotton and the way it almost rolls up into a ball, which is kind of what this hair dryer does. I like it but I find the handle to be a bit too small for my hand. Or maybe its because I'm holding/gripping it too hard. Anyways I really do love this hair dryer because of how compact it is, how soft it makes my hair look and feel and how quickly I can dry my hair if I'm in a rush.

The Xtava Charcoal Gray Allure Ionic 2200W is one of the strongest hair dryers I have ever tried. It is just amazing to me how hot and how strong this one is (when on the highest speed and the highest heat setting). Personally I have very straight hair that is normal (not thin and not thick) and I find that the highest speed and the second heat setting gets the job done for me. Occasionally if I'm in a rush I will use the highest heat setting but be careful not to keep it on one area of your hair too long, it will get very hot, well it does for me anyways. What I found from using this hair dryer is that my hair got very voluminous, for me that was pretty spectacular. I have very straight hair and its pretty tough to get any volume out of it. I think this hair dryer may be my new favorite but I do have to be more careful with it. I don't quite know the long term effects of this one yet since I've only been using it for about 2 weeks but so far, no hair damage and no split ends.

Overall I am in love with all of these hair dryers, they work so well and are unique to their own. For the Remini, that one is a great standard hair dryer that will work for everybody. The Anemone hair dryer is very pretty and creates a very soft/satin finish to your hair. Also it is compact and great for traveling and on the go! Last but not least the Allure hair dryer is great for really quick hair dryer and a nice voluminous finish. It's really hard to pick a favorite but I find that if I have a special event to go to and I'm going for a certain hair style/look I will cater what hair dryer I use to style with with those qualities. I find that each hair dryer is great and the price of them are also fantastic. I would highly recommend each one of them!

  1. Ooooh, I've never heard of Xtava hair dryers before, but all three of these models have features that I value, from ionizing de-frizzing, variable heat, and cool styling. Because I like to use hair dryers for styling, I think the Pink Anemone is probably the most suited for what I would want. The customization of the nozzles and compact traveling size are all awesome too - quite a powerful tool!

  2. I've never heard of this brand before, great to know that they're products are high quality. I love the look of the last one the best. I looks quite sleek, like a proper salon hair dryer. I think it's great that the Allure dries hair really quick too and gives volume - that's exactly what I need from a dryer! :)

  3. Oh I'm liking these! Reason number 45603 why I wish I had thicker hair. To be honest, I have fine/limp hair so any hair dryer with a bit of mousse in my hair will work fine.

  4. I have never heard of these blow-dryers before! I love the ones that condense down our bathroom is small and then we travel quite often. But of course I like one that is powerful with air for quick drying. All of these sound great.

  5. I like a powerful hair dryer that quickly dries up the hair. I wash my hair every day and just let it dry on its own. However, there are times when I need to style my hair for an event and it takes a lot of time (about three hours because my hair is thick and long) for it to dry. The Pink Anemone Wind Flower Ionic 1875W must be a great tool because it's handy for traveling.

  6. I've never heard of these hairdryers before, but they sound awesome! I just bought a chi hairdryer, but these sound like that are just as good, if not better! Thank you so much for the great review!

  7. I've never heard of this brand of hair dryers before, then again I don't use hair dryers, because they tend to your damage your hair. I'm all about the old fashion way of just air drying your hair. But if I had to pick, I like the pink one the best.

  8. A good blow dryer is a must for me and my daughters. There is no point in buying a cheap poor quality option of you want your hair to look professional done and to avoid too much damage. These look like a great bunch to consider.

  9. This is the first time that I have heard of the brand Xtava. I haven't used a hair dryer in probably more than 15 years. I am lucky enough to allow my hair to air dry quickly. I will say…the Pink Anemone is very eye-catching. It almost looks like it has a flower design on it.

  10. I believe I like the Charcoal Gray Allure Ionic 2200W best. The dryer I currently have does not have the wattage written on it (or not that I can find) It is the most awful hair dryer made! I dont even remember where it came from. Maybe I bought it or perhaps someone gave it to me, I dont know. But 2200W? Wow! that thing would dry hair in no time at all!

  11. I have never heard of this brand. I love how they are boxed. Very stylish and nice looking compared to the plastic in stores. My Hair Dryer is like 8 years old. I don't use it very often so it's still pretty much brand new. I normally let me hair naturally dry. I real like the looks of these. I think they might be great on my hair since its very thick and long. And 2200W? That has t be amazing!

  12. Yeah Xtava hair dryers are gaining lots of popularity these days. People are attracting towards these dryers just because of their cheap prices. Well, I always prefer using sedu hair dryers which provide great features in reasonable prices.
