My Review
From my first impression, it really does look just like sugar (you can see my zoomed in photo to see the sugar crystals). I have seen and heard quite a bit about xylitol, I mainly see it as the sugar  component in gum and some baked goods so this product is definitely trending at the moment, have you heard of it before? I think this is one of the next big things in health food and just food in general.

I love adding sugar to my tea (pictured below) and for baking! I have found that this product actually does taste the same like regular sugar except its a bit better for you! I am not diabetic or allergic to anything so the details regarding that don't really concern me but its great to know that it really is natural and "good" for you. I try to be particular about what me and my family eat and foods that are "free" of those mentioned in the description are definitely a highlight in my book.

I also love that it has 40% fewer calories that regular sugar which is great since I'm trying to be more healthy and active this year for my New Year's Resolution of 2015. The size of the bags are also decent, the ones in the picture are the 1 lb and the 2.5 lb. I also love that they come with a resealable zipper, I usually fill a jar with sugar but with time and climate, it can sometimes get stuck together and become a rock. Overall I am absolutely loving this product, just think of it as sugar, because that's what it is! I would highly recommend it!
