Product Review: Painting Lulu Digital Crayon Stylus

Hi everyone! Happy Friday! Cheers to the weekend! I have a fun review for the kids today! Notice how so many young children now use tablets for educational and for leisure? The company Painting Lulu has come out with their Digital Crayon Stylus! It is basically a stylus in the shape of a crayon that is designed for children. It fits perfectly in their small hands and really engages them to color. Painting Lulu also comes with an app that fits with this digital crayon stylus. Let's get started!

My Review
I think this invention is genius! I babysit my younger cousins time to time (ages 2-10) and they absolutely love coloring on my iPad. It's just so much fun for them, they used to use their hands/fingers and occasionally a stylus but this one is just so much better! They love crayons and loved how it actually looks like a crayon. It fits their hand perfectly (a bit too short for me though) and they really enjoy this product. I chose the color to be yellow and I very pleased with the quality of the product and how durable it really is. It is actually a very nicely made product and very affordable (around $7).

Another reason why the kids love it so much is because the tip is soft and can't damage anything. You'd be surprised at how many times a 5 year old and a 2 year old fight over everything, including styluses and time on the iPad. I love that I can be assured that the 2 year old won't make a mess (especially if it was a real crayon) and that it won't damage anything. The thicker sized crayon is great for them since it really does teach them how to grip a crayon which in the long run can help them learn to write and draw earlier. Overall I would definitely repurchase, this is such a great product, it seems to be lasting a while (I have had it for about a month and a half) and it still looks brand new! I do like to disinfect it every time they use it though and I can see that it has helped keep it clean.
